Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada, if entrant is a minor he/she must seek parental approval to enter.
To enter you have to visit the Best Buy Blog and look for the contest article, after checking it out, go to the comments section and leave a comment telling “the top two features that are important to you when you are looking to buy a new TV”.
