Contest is open only to residents of Canada.
To enter you just have to visit the official Vita Daily and Kitchen Aid Canada pages on Instagram and follow them, then find the post that talks about this contest (click here to go directly), like it and comment on it telling “what your signature dish is” and to tag your friends, each tag will count as an entry.
The contest will end on March 23, 2022. Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
