The contest is open only to residents of Canada.
To enter visit and follow the official Vita Daily page on Instagram, then look for the contest post, like it and use the comments section to tell “what your favourite physical exercise is” and to tag your friends, each different tag will count as an entry and there is no limit of entries, for more extra entries follow the instructions at the bottom of the post.
The contest will close on June 18, 2022. Winner will be selected by random draw.
