Fill out the entry form with the requested details and write a short text mentioning who needs a vacation intervention and why. You can nominate a friend, a loved one, or a co-worker, someone who hasn’t been on a vacation and deserves one.
Contest closes on February 4, 2018. The 2 grand prize winners of the trips will be selected randomly from all the entries received.

- Roundtrip airfare in Economy class to Punta Cana airport, Dominican Republic.
- Transportation to and from the hotel.
