To enter you have to visit the official contest web site and complete the online entry form with your name, last name, email address, phone number and postal code, agree to the rules & regulations and submit it.
Contest closes on June 30, 2018 at 11:59 pm EST. Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.
