Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada (excluding the Northwest Territory and the Yukon Territory) who are 21 years of age or older.

To receive your base entry, fill out the contest entry form with your personal information. To earn 25 bonus entries, create an online Hudson’s Bay Gift Registry and add a Tempur-Pedic Mattress, then input your personal Gift Registry Number on the online contest entry form.
