Tempur-Pedic has announced the 12 Days of Christmas Contest, in which they are giving away 12 prizes including a Queen Size Tempur-Pedic mattress and adjustable base.
Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec, the Northwest Territory and the Yukon Territory) who are 21 years of age or older.

Fill out the contest entry form with your personal details and answer the short survey. Submit the form to receive one entry. You can earn additional entries by following Tempur-Pedic Canada on their social media (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter).
The contest closes on December 6, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Winners will be chosen by random draw every day during the contest period.
