To enter you have to purchase a Footlong Combo from a participating Subway restaurant to get a scratch card, then visit the contest website at pepsiscore2win.ca and complete the entry form with the required information including name, email address, province and phone number, enter the PIN printed on your scratch card and submit it.
The contest closes on November 11, 2021. Winners will be chosen at random.
