The contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside.
To enter you first have to make a purchase on one of the participating stores and, within 7 days of your purchase visit the contest website at storeopinion.ca, enter the number at the bottom of your receipt as seen here:
Then, complete the survey and provide your contact information at the end to complete your entry.
The contest closes on December 31, 2022. Winner will be determined by random draw.

There are 24 prizes available to be won, each consists of a $1,000 PC gift card or 1 million PC Optimum points.

The Store Opinion Contest 2022 starts on January 1, 2022 and ends on December 31, 2022.
