Enter the Slush Puppie It’s Mine Contest for your chance to win one of the five grand prizes consisting of a Slush Puppie machine valued at approximately $3,800.
Contest is open to all residents of Quebec, Ontario, the Maritime Provinces (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island), and Newfoundland and Labrador who are 14 years of age or older.

Fill out the entry form with your name, email address, phone number and upload your picture with your Slush Puppie in hand.
Contest closes on January 30, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. ET. The five winners will be chosen by random draw from all the elegible entries received.

- A Slush Puppie machine.
- Slush Puppie supplied for a period of one year.
Contest period
