Then, simply fill out the contest entry form with your name, email, date of birth, province and your preferred grocery store. Agree to the offical rules and submit the form to get your entry into the daily and grand prize draws.
There is a limit of one entry per person per day.
Contest closes on December 30, 2017 at 23:59 ET. Daily and Grand Prize winners will be chosen by random draw.
