Contest is open to residents of Canada who are at least 16 years old as of the date of entry.

Watch the video and fill out the form with the requested personal information.
Then, you will have to select the top 3 choices that best describe your NHL fandom by naming your favourite NHL team, your favourite NHL player and by describing your favourite NHL moment.
Follow the instructions to complete the skill-testing game to receive your entry. There is a limit of one entry per person/email address.
Contest closes on November 14, 2017. A panel of judges will select the 100 winners from all the entries.
Prizes
Grand Prize (20 winners): Trip for the winner and one guest to the 2017 Scotiabank NHL100 Classic on December 16, 2017. Includes transportation, one night hotel accommodation, tickets and $250 CDN spending money.
Premium Prize (6 winners): Trip for the winner and one guest to to a 2017-2018 regular season NHL game . Includes transportation, one night hotel accommodation, tickets and $250 CDN spending money.

A panel of judges will select the winners based on the essays of the entrants of their favourite NHL moment.
The first judging date will be on Wednesday, November 1, 2017.
The second judging date will be on Wednesday November 15, 2017.
