Select a Purina product your cat or dog has tried and write a short review of your experience, then answer the questions of the survey and enter your email. Submit the form to earn your entry.
Contest closes on December 19, 2017. A random draw will take place each month in order to select the 2 monthly winners.
Prizes
There will be 24 winners (2 each month) of one pre-paid Visa gift card in the amount of $150 Canadian dollars.
Contest period
The Rate to Win Purina Sweepstakes begins on January 9, 2017 and ends at 10:00 AM EST on December 19, 2017.
Winners and contest results
