The contest is open only to residents of Canada, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence.
To enter you have to purchase a participating Post cereal in store or online and keep the receipt, then visit the contest website at breakfastwithjack.ca and follow the on screen instructions to complete and submit the entry form along with a picture of your receipt.
The contest closes on January 31, 2022. Winner will be selected at random.
