Dear KFC
Today I went to KFC and ordered a 3 PIECE TENDER MEAL with drink and also a large gravy. It cost me $15.81. I ordered it at the store at 5575 Tecumseh Road East, Windsor, Ontario at 4:30 pm. The time now is 5:21 and the line is still busy……so who do I complain too!!!!!!!
I have been trying to call the store for the past 25 minutes and the line is busy.
I live 5 kms (one way) to the KFC.
When I got home and opened the bag, there were 3 pieces of chicken tenders and a large gravy. NO FRIES, my husband was very disappointed and so was I.
This type of service is not acceptable and I want to lodge a complaint. I am beyond PISSED NOW!!!!
