Contest is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 17 years old or older.

After submitting the form you will earn an entry into the contest. You are allowed one entry per day during the contest period.
Contest closes on September 29, 2017 at 6:59 p.m. EST. A random drawing will be held to select the winners.
