This contest is open lo all legal residents of the US and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who are 18 years old and over.
To enter you simply have to visit the official contest web page and fill out the online entry form with your name, last name, email address, date of birth, mobile phone number, mailing address, country, city, state/province and postal code, agree to the official rules and submit it.
Contest closes on October 13, 2018 at 8:00 am CDT. Winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.
