Prizes
One grand prize consisting of a 7 day/6 night trip for four people to Western Newfoundland. Includes:
· Round trip, economy flight for four (4) people to Deer Lake, Newfoundland, from closest major airport nearest winner’s residence in Canada.
· 5 nights of accommodations in a Parks Canada oTENTik.
· 1 night of accommodations in L’Anse aux Meadows or St. Anthony.
· A $3,000 CIBC prepaid VISA card (provided by contest sponsor – CIBC).
· A $1,000 Mountain Equipment Co-operative (MEC) gift card (provided by contest sponsor – MEC).

A total of twenty-four (24) Additional Prizes are available to be won in this Contest.
ThreeAdditional Prizes each consists of a three-day weekend getaway package which includes:
· Two (2) nights spent in a Parks Canada oTENTik (or equivalent accommodation for four (4) persons (at least one of whom must be an adult) at a Parks Canada site closest to the Additional Prize winner’s residence;

· A 2018 Parks Canada Merchandise gift pack (selected by Parks Canada) that includes a $100 Parks Canada Gift Card (expires February 28, 2018) redeemable only online at parkscanadashop.ca; and

Contest period
Contest starts at 12:00 p.m., noon, Eastern Time on Thursday, December 1, 2016 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Saturday, September 30, 2017.
Winners and contest results
One of the three Getaway Packages will be awarded following a draw on each of: February 24, 2017; March 31, 2017; and April 28, 2017.
The other twenty-one Additional Prizes will be awarded, one every second Friday, following a draw. The first draw is on December 9, 2016; and the last draw on September 15, 2017.
By 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time on Monday October 2, 2017, the name of one eligible entrant will be randomly drawn electronically and identified by the Sponsor as a possible Grand Prize winner.
