Fill out the form with your personal details to register.
Then, enter your 12-digit Costco Membership Number (number is in the back of your Costco membership card). If you are not a Costco member, you can sign up online at costco.ca.
You can sign up for Costco and Ford special offers to earn up to 20 additional entries.
If you visit a Costco warehouse in Canada, you will be given a handout with a unique PIN. You will earn 5 Entries for entering a unique PIN code on the Contest Website.
Winner will be chosen in a random draw from among all the elegible entries.
