Contest is open only to residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the legal age of majority.

Fill out the entry form with your personal details such as name, email, province, city and postal code. Then, submit your diet or health related question, agree to the rules and submit the form to receive one entry.
There is a limit of one entry per person during the contest period.
The contest closes on February 8, 2018 at 11:59:59 p.m. PST. The potential prize winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
