This contest is open only to legal residents of British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Entrants under the age of majority must seek parental/guardian approval to enter.
To enter you have to buy a specially-marked package of Toffifee and look for the printed PIN in the inside of the cardboard sleeve, then visit the official contest web page located at toffifee.ca/unlocktowin and complete the entry form with all the required personal details, including your PIN.
Contest closes on February 15, 2018 at 4:59 pm ET. Winners will be determined instantly and by random draw.
