Canon is celebrating Canada’s 150 Anniversary with the True North Photo Contest in which you can win a Canon EOS 5D Mark IV camera kit with an approximate retail value of $5,699.99 or other great prizes.
- This Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the legal age of majority in their province or territory of residence
- To enter, log in to your Instagram account and post a photo that depicts or reflects Canada and include a clear description of the photo.
- When posting your picture, tag @CanonCanada and use #CanonCanada150
- To be elegible to win, you must follow @CanonCanada on Instagram.
- There is no limit to the number of Entries, provided you post a new unique and original Photo taken by you each time.
- Winners will be selected by a random draw from among all the elegible entries.
Prizes
Grand Prize (1 winner): One Canon EOS 5D Mark IV EF 24-70mm f/4L IS USM Kit. The Grand Prize has an approximate retail value of $5,699.99.
Secondary Prizes (2 winners): One Canon EOS Rebel T7i EF-S 18-55 IS STM Kit. Each Secondary Prize has an approximate retail value of $1,149.99.
Contest period
The Canon True North Photo Contest begins on July 1, 2017 and ends on July 31, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Winners and contest results
On August 4, 2017 at approximately 2:00 p.m. ET, three eligible entrants will be selected by random draw from among all eligible Entries. Potential winners will be contacted within five business days of the Selection Date.
