Enter the Canadian Chicken Holiday Helper Contest for your chance to win a $5,000 cash prize.
The Contest is open to residents of Canada who are over the age of majority in their province or territory.

Fill out the online form by entering the requested personal information and then submit the form to get one entry.
To receive an additional entry, download the Grocery List by Chicken.ca for Android or iOS.
There is a limit of two entries per person (one via entry form and the other one via the app download).
Contest closes on Thursday November 30, 2017, at 11:59 pm. A random draw will be conducted to select the winner of the prize.
Prizes
The winner of the Holiday Helper contest will receive a $5,000 cash prize.
