  1. My wife and I visited Boston Pizza last night (January 31st). We have some concerns.
1)We order a drink, salad, and pasta entre. When the salad was delivered to our table, shortly after (about 1 minute) we received our entre. Left us with no time to finish our salad before we had to eat our entree before it got cold. I understand that a different waiter (other the waiter who took our order delivered the entree). Not very good timing or service
    2) I am in the habit of purchasing $50 gift certificates for family and friends which I have been doing now for a few years. I also receive a $10 Promo card to use for dine in through to March 31st. However, last evening, use of my promo card was decline because we had ordered one or more items on the menu that had a promotional price (Pasta Tuesday). This has never happened before. I was not using a gift certificate or any other coupon. It seems unfair to prohibit use of the Promo card if we order something on the promo menu. There is often some promotional item on the menu (drinks, soups, salads, etc) and to prohibit using the promo card received from my purchase of gift certificate seems unfair and unusual. I will certainly not consider purchasing gift certificates for family and friends for Boston Pizza in the future if this is your new policy. The decision was made by your Boston Pizza manager, Vernon, BC. I believe the receipt code is 38680-1100-18311. ( difficult to read because of size and print quality on receipt). It makes the promotion code very difficult to use as we often order some promotion item off the menu. It could be a drink, a pizza, a salad or an entree. If this is the policy it should be clearly stated on the front of the Promo card and not on the back in small print. I am very disappointed with Boston Pizza. It used to be my favourite restaurant.

  2. Went to the BP in Gravenhurst with friends last night. Waited over an hour for the food – which had been sitting in the kitchen for half that time cus it was COLD – the fries had congealed and stuck together!!
I do not drink beer from a bottle, but had to ask 4 times for a glass. Finally went to the bar and got my own.
    Not a good experience

  3. We went to Boston Piazza in Fort Saskatchewan, it was awesome. Our young waiter Kaden was beyond helpful with all of us, there was 7 of us.

  4. Ordered from the Mcdonald Ave. store in Ft. McMurray as we were having an appreciation lunch for 20 staff. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Best $450.00 we ever spent. There was only one issue and that was the young girl working the take-out counter. She would speak so fast I had a hard time understanding her and had to ask her 4 separate times to slow down so I could understand what she was saying. She seemed miffed every time I asked, but hey, it’s not a race to spit it out for Pete’s sake.

  5. Ordered 2 shrimp alfredo & 1 chicken mushroom pastas–both with fettucini. they both came with spaghetti & very little shrimp & chicken in each–not much for 60$.
