I fully appreciated the service I had inBest Buy, Walker Road ,Windsor Ontario on this weekend. Cordell was a very knowledgeable, kind, caring and patient salesman who helped me with my I phone, I pad and main computer this weekend. As I have had recent health issues he was very understanding and patient.. I would certainly look for him if I needed help in the future. I felt very good about the Geek Squad and the when I left the store after having Cordelle help me with the technical difficullties I felt very comfortable and pleased with the whole experienceI was having and I certainly would recommend him and the Geek Squad to others. it was the best customer service I have dealt with in a very long time.

Was at the Sydney Best Buy, December 30, 2024, needing a new cellphone. The young lady who assisted me is named Jasleen. She was very patient with me as i was somewhat unfamiliar with some of the functions of the cell unit. She calmly went through the features, and made sure I was understanding each process.
