This contest is open only to legal residents of Canada.
To participate you first have to visit and follow these Instagram accounts @vitadaily.ca and @ofyr_worldwide, then look for the post talking about this contest, like it and comment on it telling “what food you prefer to grill” and tagging your friends, each tag will count as an entry.
