This contest is open only to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

To enter you just have to visit and follow the @chickendotca and @poweredbymom Instagram accounts, then look for the contest post, like it and comment on it saying your answer to the contest question using the #ChickenDotCa or #PouletCAExtra hashtags and tagging your friends, each friend counts as an entry.
