To participate you first have to visit and follow the official Vita Daily and Resthouse Sleep pages on Instagram located @vitadailymedia and @resthouse.sleep, then find the post that mentions this contest, like it and comment on it telling “your go-to bedtime” and tagging your friends, each new friend tagged will count as an entry.
The contest ends on March 20, 2024. Winner will be selected by random draw from among all eligible entries.
