Storeopinion.ca Survey 2024: Enter your receipt code and win a $1,000 PC gift card

Participate in the Storeopinion.ca Survey, in it, you get the chance to win a $1,000 PC gift card.

The contest is open only to legal residents of Canada who are at least the age of majority in their province or territory of residence.

To enter you have to visit the official contest website and enter the code printed in the bottom of the receipts of participating Loblaws Inc stores, here are some of the stores that participate in the promotion:

Once you entered the code, complete the survey, fill out the entry form and submit it.

The contest will close on December 31, 2024.  Two winners will be picked monthly by random draw.
