To enter you have to visit the contest web site at proveitday.ca and complete the entry form with the required contact information, then use your mobile device or manually type in the UPC from a participating product, agree to the contest rules and submit it.
Contest ends on January 31, 2021. Winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
