To get an entry, you must buy a participating product on any Shoppers Drug Mart location and keep the receipt, then go to the contest website located at surveysdm.com within seven days of your purchase and use the code on the receipt to complete the online customer survey and get your entry.
The contest will close on December 31, 2021 at 11:59 pm ET. Winners will be chosen by random draw from all valid entries.
