Enter the new Shell Customer Opinion Survey 2019, in it, you get the opportunity to Win 1 of 4 prizes of fuel for a year.

Entry to this contest is open only to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older.

To enter you have to make any purchase from a participating Shell retail fuel station in Canada and keep your receipt, then visit the official contest web page located at shell.ca/opinion and follow the on-screen instructions to fully complete the on-line survey, then complete the entry form with the required information and submit it.

This contest closes at 12:00 pm on April 2, 2020.  Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.
