The contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are eighteen years of age and older.
To enter, you must be invited by a participating client by being given a survey response. Then, go to the survey website redapplelistens.com to complete the survey, enter the receipt/certificate identifier found on your invitation. Then complete the required survey questions.
There are two entry periods and will end on 1 February, 2020 (weekly prize) and on 31 January, 2020. (daily prize). The winners shall be determined at random.
Prizes
The weekly prizes will consist of $500 CAD and the daily prizes will consist of $1,000 CAD.
Contest period

Disappointed in the Red Apple in Stony Plain AB. I didn’t notice any precautions regarding Covid today – no hand sanitizer available, no directional arrows on the floor, staff not wearing masks.
Other merchants in town are at least doing something to remind customers to be careful etc.
Also, went to enter the contest(as shown on my receipt) to find that the 2 contests closed in Jan 2020 and in Feb 2020. It is now July 18, 2020 ??? Could not find a way, or figure out a way to enter this contest through another channel…I sometimes second guess myself that I am doing things correctly.
Same. My purchase was made on July 18th. Survey has been closed since Jan. 2020 and Feb. 2020.
Better watch them I never got the cyber Monday sale price on anything like they advertised. Feeling ripped off and Iām not driving an hour back to town to complain
No web site ,so i guess you never have to pay out any prize money. Just as well it probably paid in “YEN” as everything appears to be made in China.
WTH…no more Red Apple Survey? I went to do my survey this morning and I looked on my receipt and the code is not there any more. Have they discontinued with it? If so..not a happy shopper. I liked the survey.
I agree with Janice, when times are so tough financially Red Apple Head Office took away our 10% saving coupon. Not a very customer oriented attitude. Very disappointed with this move. š
