This contest is open only to residents of Ontario who are 19 years of age at the time of entry.
To participate you just have to visit the official contest website and fill out the entry form with the required contact information including name, last name, email address, date of birth, gender and favourite NBA team, agree to the contest rules and submit it.
Entries must be submitted before April 14, 2023 at 11:59 pm ET. Winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries.
