Entry to this contest is open to all legal residents of Canada aged 21 years old or over.

To enter you simply have to visit the official contest web site located at oscillo.ca/contest and completely fill out the online entry form with your email address, name, last name, city, province and your answer to the question “What are your family’s healthy habits?”. Limit of one entry per person.

This contest closes on Sunday, February 3, 2019 at 11:59 pm ET.  Winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.
