To enter you need to head to any OPA location and purchase any of the 7 participating meals to get a scratch & win card, in it, you will find a unique PIN code, then, visit the official contest website located at opaeatandwin.ca and fill out the online entry form with your name, last name, province or territory, phone number, email address and your PIN number.

Contest concludes at 11:59 pm ET on November 15, 2018.  Winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.
