Enter the new Oasis Health Break Contest, in it, you get the opportunity to win $15,000 in prizes.

Contest is open only to residents of Canada who are of the legal age of majority in their province or territory of residence.

To enter you have to purchase a participating Oasis Health Break product and look for the code under the cap, then visit the official contest website located at giveyourhealthabreak.ca and enter the code in the entry form along with your name, last name, email address and phone number.

Contest ends on September 28, 2018 at 4:00 pm EDT.  Winners will be determined and notified instantly upon submission of the entry form.
