The contest is open only to legal residents of Canada who are at least the age of majority in their province or territory of residence.

To enter you have to visit the contest website and take the 6-question survey, when you finish you’ll get access to the entry form, fill it out with the required information including email address, name, last name, postal code and date of birth and submit it.

The contest closes on February 15, 2021 at 11:59 pm ET.  Winner will be chosen at random.
