This promotion is open only to legal residents of Canada aged 13 years or older.  Eligible minors must obtain parental/guardian permission to enter.

To enter you have to visit the official contest web page and register by completing the online form with all the required information including your name, last name, user name, email address and your desired password, then pick your favourite teams and score points by correctly guessing the winners of the post-season games.

Contest closes at 11:59 pm ET on January 13, 2019.  Winners will be the highest ranked participants at the end of the contest.
