Contest is open only to legal residents of Ontario, Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

To enter you have to visit a participating Metro store in Ontario during the contest period and make any purchase, then visit the contest website located at metrosurvey.ca and follow the instructions to complete the survey and provide the requested contact information.

The contest closes on September 25, 2021.  Winners will be chosen at random from among all eligible entries received during the contest period.
