To enter you must visit a participating Metro, Metro Plus or 5 saisons store in Canada. After you have paid your bill, take your receipt from that Metro, Metro Plus store or 5 saisons and visit the website metrosurvey.ca, then complete the survey and fill out the online entry form. You can also enter without a survey access code just follow the prompts on the contest page.
This contest ends on September 30, 2019. There will be monthly random draws to select the winners.
