Enter now the Metro Ontario Survey Contest for your chance to Win $1,000 CDN in Metro gift cards each month.
Entry is open only to residents of Ontario, Canada who have reached the age of 18 years old or older.
To enter the contest, you must use the Survey Access Code found on your receipt from that Metro store the go to the Contest Website and complete the survey and the entry form with your contact details. If you don’t have a survey code follow the prompts in the competition website to get your entry.
This competition ends on September 30, 2019. Winners will be selected at random.
Prizes
There are twelve Prizes available to be won in the Contest, one for each Monthly Period. Each Prize consists of $1,000 CDN in Metro gift cards.
Contest period
The Metro Ontario Survey Contest begins at 12:00:01 AM ET on October 1, 2018 and ends at 11:59:59 AM ET on September 30, 2019.
Winners and contest results
The draw to select the winner will occur monthly on the following dates: June prize 03/07/2019, July prize 07/08/2019, August prize 04/09/2019 and September prize 02/10/2019. Winners will be notified by email or phone.
