L’Oreal Halloween Contest: Win 1 of 2 Halloween prize packs featuring Colorista

Enter the new L’Oreal Paris 2019 Halloween Contest, in it, you get the chance to Win one of two Halloween prize packs featuring three assorted Colorista.

The contest is open to residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority.

The contest will end on November 1, 2019. A random draw for the prizes will be conducted.
