This contest is open to legal residents of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba who have reached the age of majority in the province in which they reside.

To enter you just have to visit the official contest web site and complete the online entry form with all the requested information including name, last name, city, province, and email address agree to the T&Cs and submit it.
