This contest is open only to residents of the United States and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their state, province or territory of residence.
To enter visit the contest web site and provide your email address to gain access to the entry form, then fill it out with the required information including name, last name, confirm email address, postal code and phone number.
The contest ends on June 30, 2020 at 11:59 pm CST. Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
Prizes
There is one Grand Prize available to be won, it consists of a $5,000 cash prize.
