Enter the new Chipotle Feedback Survey, in it, you get the chance to win free Chipotle for a year.

This contest is open to all legal residents of the US and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry.

To enter you must make a purchase of any food or beverage at a participating Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurant to receive a unique code, then visit the contest website at chipotlefeedback.com and follow the instructions to complete the survey and submit the entry form with your contact information.

Contest ends on December 31, 2021.  Winners will be selected at random.
