Canada Beef Liver Lover Recipe Contest: Win gift cards, cookware and more

In celebration of World Iron Awareness, Canada Beef is hosting the Liver Lover Recipe Contest. Here’s your chance to show off your best liver recipe and win some exciting prizes! To enter, simply complete the online Entry Form and submit your recipe using theTemplate. You must be a legal resident of Canada (excluding Quebec) and over the age of majority to participate. The contest focuses on creativity, practicality, and taste, so make sure your recipe stands out!

Entry period

The contest runs from October 14, 2024, at 10:00 AM ET and closes at Midnight ET on October 22, 2024.

Prizes

There are five prizes to be won, each consisting of:

• $250 gift card to the winner’s favorite steakhouse
• Cast iron cookware prize pack
• Canada Beef Steak Your Claim prize pack

The total value of each prize is $800. Additionally, winning recipes will be professionally edited and featured on the Canadian Beef Information Gateway with imagery and video.

Winner Selection

After the contest closes, your recipe will be evaluated by a recipe development professional. Judging will be based on uniqueness, practicality for home cooks, and sensory evaluation (taste, texture, aroma). Five winners will be selected and contacted within two business days. If you are chosen, you’ll need to answer a skill-testing question to claim your prize. If unreachable after three attempts, an alternate winner will be selected. Good luck!
