You have nominate “the most deserving basketball fan in your community”, to do that, visit the official contest website and complete the entry form with all the required information including first name, last name, email address, phone number, date of birth, province, city, postal code, name of the nominee, and your answer to “how this person made a difference in your community”.

The contest ends at 11:59 pm the day following the end of the 2020 NBA Playoffs, or the elimination of the Toronto Raptors.  Winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
