Hello: I would like to know where I find the pin on a Maxwell House Rich Darek roast coffee.
I think this is ridiculous when you can’t find it.

I cannot find the PIN number anywhere on my “specially marked can” of coffee. Do I have to open the coffee to get the PIN? What if I don’t need the coffee just yet?
How can I enter when I can’t find the PIN?
We click on BEGIN EXPERIENCE and nothing happens; also like other disatisfied customers have trouyble locating the pin – Maxwell House is smart enough to make things simple,we’re waiting –

PIN is right under the seal, it’s purple dot inkjet type

Found pin & entered the #, then you click on the continue button but nothing happens to take me to the next step!! What is wrong with this site?? ?

you need superman vision to see it. make sure there is lots of light. with the cans it’s underside of foil seal, in pink. note that zeros and letter o look the same.
This site has issues. LAST CAN I ENTERED TOOK FOREVER BECAUSE THE SITE WONT LET ME IN.IT KEPT LOOPING… WHEN I DID GET IN I ENTERED IT AND THE NUMBER WAS EXCEPTED.I COULDNT LEAVE MY PERSONAL DETAILS.TODAY I AM TRYING AGAIN WITH A NEW PIN THE SAME THING IS HAPPENING

I just can’t believe the trouble we are having, this is the first time trying and site freezes up and will not let the code to be entered. Who ever set this up should be fired or maybe sent to the factory line filling the cans. I guess I will not win now. Cheers to all that get it done chances are you will win because of the trouble everyone had. Good cup of JO though.
tried to enter pin number but can’t get in. Tried many different days but never worked!
I did buy a big tin of coffee but could not find the pin code. looked all over and I even looked inside the tin. would like to enter the contest and take my daughter and grandson. I still have the empty tin at home.
I tried to enter the pin where it says ENTER I can’t enter it. I have tried several times and the same thing happens.
Two weeks ago it accepted pin number and then nothing happened….called the customer service number on the can of coffee and told it was a technical problem and that I would get a phone call from IT dept. Never received that call. Tried to enter again today….same issue. Can’t believe this hasn’t been resolved.
