The contest is open only to residents of Canada who are 13 years of age or older.
To enter just go to the official contest website and fill out the entry form with the required contact information including your name, last name, email address, date of birth, bonus code from the NBA app (optional), postal code, gender and favourite NBA team.
Entries must be submitted before November 6, 2022 at 11:59 pm ET. Winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries.
